Do you want really long, healthy, hydrated, beautiful hair? Then this is for you, my friend :).
#1: Try as much as possible to stay away from using heat to style your hair. If you stop heat damaging your hair, you will feel the difference in its health within 2-3 weeks.
#2: Wash your hair every 2-3 days. Washing your hair every day will actually dry it out, and going to long without washing your hair will make it all greasy and nasty.
#3: Eat a healthy diet. Eating healthy promotes healthy hair because the result to what comes out of your body is a result to what has been put in.
#4: Exercise regularly.. Regulated exercise stimulates blood flow throughout your body, even in your head. And blood flow near the scalp stimulates hair growth.
#5 Condition your hair regularly. Conditioner helps make the hair moisturized and soft. It makes it strong and healthy too, but make sure to get a conditioner suited for your hair type.
