For me, a breakfast for champions is packed with protein. Protein on protein on protein. That makes the meal filling and nutritious.
For the morning, I had left over pork barbacoa, so I decided to warm it up and serve it with a side of egg whites and a bit of hash. The fastest way for me to prepare a protein filled breakfast is to take leftover meats and just serving it with a side of eggs. It`s a delicious way to have breakfast without sacrificing flavor.
Yeah I can have a bowl of cereal, but it`s just not as satisfying.
