Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Crepe)

This is what I had for dinner a few days ago. In Vietnamese it`s called <strong> "Bánh xèo."</strong>

Bánh xèo is basically a Vietnamese savory pancakes or crepe that`s made out of turmeric powder, rice flour, water, coconut milk, shrimp, the fat part of pork, squids, bean sprouts, mint leaves, basil and other greens. A lot of people usually eat it with "nuoc mam" which is a diluted fish sauce. I don`t really like to eat bean sprouts, but my sister made one for me with it. I tried eating it, but it was too much for me. Gag! Lol I also like my Bánh xèo to be crispy! :)

1. Have you ever tried this before?
2. How do you like yours done?
