For Mother`s Day my family and I ate at Pho Nola. This was my first time eating here and it was quite an experience. One of the food I ordered there were a bánh mì thit nuong. In English it`s called a Vietnamese grilled pork baguette. This happened to be one of my favorite bánh mì.
Usually in this bánh mì it has grilled pork, cilantro, cucumbers, carrots and jalapeños. Certain location have the White mayo, but this place didn`t. No lie the White mayo is my favorite part of the bread. Haha This was I think about $3 a bread which is good enough for sandwich.
