When I was a child and went grocery shopping with my parents, I would always get this plastic wrapped dessert called Banh In Dau Xanh it`s basically a dessert that has mung beans inside. The outer later is rice starch/sugar and the inside is mung bean paste that tastes very soft and buttery. So when I went grocery shopping with my dad today (which I rarely do nowadays) I decided to pick up one of my favorite childhood desserts. This was $1.75 and you can find it at your local Asian market in the bakery department.
Ingredients in this dessert:
Sweet rice flour
Soy beans oil
