My mom made this vietnamese cuisine called "banh beo" which is basically a pastry with green bean paste, and "tom ko" (dried shrimp? lol) Anyways, you can also put diced scallions ontop and put some spicey fish sauce (nguoc mam) and you`re all set! It`s a nice bite size apetizer and they`re very easy to eat. Bon apetit!
