I have yet another delicious recipe to share with you that I found via Divas Can Cook. Her recipe is found http://divascancook.com/2011/06/banana-pudding-milkshake-say-what-chick-fil-a.html This is her take on the Chick-Fil-A banana pudding shake. I have never had theirs so I can`t compare but I will tell you that this was delicious. And from my understanding, the calories are a fraction of what you`d get from Chick-Fil-A`s. I did change how I did it, though, compared to her way. She did everything by hand, mixing in a glass. I decided to use my malt maker machine. I started by putting the ice cream into the malt glass, then pouring in the milk, and finally the banana pudding mix. I let the machine blend everything up. She did it by making a thin pudding of the mix and milk first and then adding the ice cream. My machine just whips everything together with ease. I suppose you could also do it in a blender. I then took some mini vanilla wafers, stuck them into a sandwich bag, and rolled my rolling pin over them to crumble them. Those got sprinkled over the top of the shake. It is DELICIOUS! This thing is dangerously good. If I`m not careful I`m not to start replacing my meals with one of these, lol!
