My dad always surprises my family with the things he brings home. Sometimes he will come home with a big boxes of food, but what he would all ways bring home is a huge box of fruits. He always gets good deal from his friends and he cant resist, so he would always buys them.

Well, last week he came home with a big box of banana. My mom was so surprised and told my dad how are we going to finish all those banana. We were thinking of ideas to do with these banana. Our family came up with banana milkshake, which we did make, but we were tired of drinking them every day. If we didn`t finish them they were going to spoil, so I decided to use some to make banana bread. Last week I was in the kitchen baking and trying to empty the big box of banana.
what you would need:
All purpose flour- 2cup
baking soda-1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon salt
butter-1/2 cup
brown sugar-3/4 cup
beaten-2 eggs
mashed overripe bananas- 5 bananas
non stick cooking spray or butter
large bowl-1
any size bowl-2
potato masher or a fork
loaf pan
First thing you should do is preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Get your large bowl, so you can combine the all purpose flour, baking soda and salt.
Get an other bowl and mix the butter, brown sugar together and then stir in the beaten eggs.
Then get your third bowl, potato masher( or fork)and your bananas because now we are going to let out some of your stress. Put all the bananas in the bowl and start mashing all those banana. Don`t hold anything back just start smashing them with all your strength.
Once you have made the mashed banana stir it in to your second bowl, which you have mixed in the beaten eggs, butter, and brown sugar.
Then stir the banana mixture into flour mixture.
Get your loaf pan and spray in the non stick cooking spray(or grease the pan with butter)
finally, Pour the batter into loaf pan.
Put the batter in the oven and leave for 60 to 65 minutes.
When I was just learning to bake I was worryed that my stuff would still need more time in the oven, so my mom showed me a trick to see if my bread or anything that I`m baking was done. She said to poke the bread with a toothpick or fork into the center of the loaf and if the tooth pick comes out clean its done.
she also told me to Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes or more, so when you place it on a plate it wont stick to it.
