I prefer to have fruit and grains for breakfast. This is a wonderful quick sandwich that will leave you with energy to kick-start your day and will keep you full for a good amount of time.
Toast two slices of bread (I use Oat bread, it just sings breakfast to me.)
1 banana (The easiest way to cut this slippery guy is to first cut off the ends. Next, through the peel cut in half LENGTHWISE, then crosswise.)
