Sometimes when you`re low on time, but you still want something for lunch or dinner, the quickest way is to go vegetarian for a day! Vegetables are so easy to prepare and good for you too, even if you want to cook them, the cooking time is pretty instant too.
This is a combination of cucumbers, carrots, and some balsamic vinegar dressing. Take about three cucumbers, cut them up into slices or chunks (I think it`s better in chunks), then take one carrot, and cut it into chunks too. Then put all of these vegetable chunks into a tupperware bowl, pour in two caps full of balsamic vinegar, sprinkle a little black paper, then shake it up, and it`s ready to eat.
