I have been itching to bake bbq pork buns for the longest time! The only thing is that my husband and I are vegetarians so I had to modify the recipe a little, especially the fillings since it is traditionally made with Asian-style bbq pork :) Thank goodness I was able to find vegetarian bbq pork at the Asian store so I decided to bake a batch of buns to test this out. I was surprised at how soft and fluffy the buns were and I can`t wait to make this again with curry potato fillings! I`ll post the recipe soon, stay tuned and have a great day!:)
