Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa

It`s fish Fridays during the Lent season, so I baked up some delicious tilapia for lunch today. I prefer baking my fish because it`s so quick and easy (requires very little prep work).

Drizzle a. It of extra virgin olive oil onto the filets, and season. With salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Squeeze with a bit of lemon for that freshness, and bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.

Top it off with fresh mango salsa and serve with vegetables for a fulfilling lunch!
