Sweet potatoes is an amazing food. It has loads of vitamins that we need and they`re so much healthier than the regular potato. The other day I went to Wendy`s and to my surprise they had baked sweet potatoes for a side now! So I got it and it instead of fries and I loved it. They also give you a scoop of cinnamon butter but I only added about a 1/4 of the mixture just because it was too sweet.
These spuds can replace a potato in any dish and it`s considered a super food for us to eat if we want to maintain health and just look good in general. Lately, I`ve been grabbing a baked sweet potato for `dessert` instead of cake/cookies/ice cream just because it`s so much healthier, yet it settles my craving for any sweets.
