Baked Redfish

Living in the Midwest has it`s ups and downs. We have a great selection of red meats and food here is amazing. However, finding a great selection of fresh seafood is hard, especially when you are trying to shop on a budget.

I absolutely love any type of seafood, and after visiting New Orleans and Miami this past year, I`ve fallen in love with it more and more. It`s hard to go back to frozen selections after having the fresh options from the coasts.

Baked redfish is amazing when you season it with a bit of salt and pepper and top it off with some lime for that tartness. Add a side of sauteed vegetables and you`ll have a great dish that will satisfy anyone.
