I love baked potatoes, so I decided to make some on my own. It is very simple, you just poke the potatoe about 15 times with a fork then wrap it in aluminum foil. During this, preheat your oven to 350degrees C. put your potato in, directly on the rack (middle rack) then wait an hour.
potatoes have about 160 calories, no cholesterol, a bit of sodium I think and some good vitamins. It is one of the best vegetable ever.
Hope you`ll try this + On the side, those are lentils, with cranberries and onions and some olive oil. ;)
