Believe it or not I`m really trying to back away from my bad eating habits. I`m a country girl who loves her southern food. But after a visit from the doctor I`ve realized that I need to stay away from the fried food... So I figured I`d just bake a myself two small chicken breast. Which I lightly seasoned with a mix of different seasonings. Had a side of string beans and some mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon. Not sure if baked food is very healthy but I know it`s better than fried. But to be honestly I kind of want to stop eating chicken and beef. I plan on getting rid of that habit and just sticking to eating fish such as Tilapia.
