Baked Chicken!

I decided to go easy and simple today. Mainly because I had to use the chicken I had in the freezer before picking up more protein at the grocery store. I had not had chicken for a few days now, so I thought a simple chicken dinner would be nice before amping it up for the weekend again.

Lightly seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper. And I decided to keep the skin on to have natural fat flavors, making it extra delicious. Tossed it in the oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes and you end up with a nicely cooked piece.

Add some pickled vegetables on the side with a scoop of rice, and you have an easy asian meal =D
