Today i`m all about the healthy choices! Lately i feel like i`ve been eating too much proceded and fattening food, so today for lunch, i hard boiled some brocolli with salt, and then i put them in the oven with some fresh cheese (like ricotta but less fattening) until the cheese was melted.
I`m going to eat this with some grilled chicken breast!!
What are you guys having for lunch?
