Today I leave a post here a paparoca that I love: "Bacalhau com Natas"
Sometimes you want to invite some friends or family to dine there at home, but do not know what to cook, I`ll leave here a recipe that I love and is not hard to do!


- Bechamel (I do express sauces with cornstarch, pour salt and nutmeg)


Cook the cod after cooking desfiamos. After refogamos onion cut very finhinha along with the grated carrot. Potatoes cut into cubes not too thick and fry evil. Then add the potatoes and cod will have fried onions and carrots, put the cream and bechamel sauce. Board and puts it in a glass tray, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and baked takes to win a corzinha!
Then remove from oven and can serve with a salad!
