Who does not know so traditional codfish Brás ? This is a dish that I love and want to share with you . Not that the recipe has some science , and probably some of you to do the same or very similar !
I do not use this recipe or salt or pepper. Pepper and salt because I`m intolerant because the crisp straw straw is a little salty. Not mean that they can not place . Everything will depend on the taste of each.

Ingredients ( 4 people ) :

- 3 slices of cod soaked
- Crisp Straw Straw
- 1 onion
- Coriander
 - 5 eggs
- Olive oil
- Olives


Bake cod and unravels itself . After Onion saute up and a little oil . After join braised cod and chips and straw straw all involved .
