Baba de camelo (Typical portuguese caramel mousse)

Hello, this is the recipe for the traditional portuguese sweet called "baba de camelo" its like a caramel mousse and people dont now how easy it is to make!
So lets check the recipe!
1 small can of condensed milk (or already cooked condensed milk)
5 eggs
Toasted and chopped almonds
1-Without opening it, put the can inside a pressure cooker covered with water. Let it cook for 40 minutes.
2-After those 40 minutes, take it out and let it cool a bit.
(Ignore the steps if your condesed milk is already cooked)
3-Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
4-Beat the yolks with the condensed milk.
5-In another bowl whip the egg whites until they are foamy and firmly hold the shape.
6-Carefully add the whipped whites with the condensed milk mixture.

7Put the mousse in individual small bowls and sprinkle some almonds on each one.
8Take it to the fridge for around 3 hours.
