Hey LUUUXERS! :)
I was flipping through the channels one day, and (of course), 80% of it was commercials. But as I was flipping, I saw this one trailer. It was the trailer for "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" and as soon as I saw the trailer, I immediatley pulled out my laptop to look at more clips, reviews and showtimes. I instantly fell in love with this movie!
You know how there`s always that one movie that you have been longing to see, and it seems like the PERFECT movie for you? Yeah, I get that alot. But sometimes, the movie ends up being terrible and a total miss. But nope - not for this movie. I knew it was going to be good!
And so I was right. Two nights ago, I went to see it in theatres with my two good friends. They, themselves, had wanted to watch this movie for a long time already.
The movie is about a small town couple (Jim and Cindy Green). They continue to struggle to have a child. After being told they can never have a child, Cindy gives up on the idea. But her husband, Jim, doesn`t. To cheer his wife up, he writes on paper about what their son could have been like, and they put it in a box to bury in the garden. Overnight, magically they recieve a visitor. A little boy - with no name.
I`m going to stop there (I don`t want to ruin it!). But the idea is just marvelous, and to me, the movie is adorable. I enjoyed it very much. There are some emotional moments (but nothing too severe), and this is definetley a family movie.
Anyways, now I have some questions for you guys...
1. Have you watched this movie?
2. If so, did you like it?
Comment below if you have any questions, XO! :)
