When I am in a rush and want something healthy that would fill me up, I usually go for avocados.
This time I grabbed a bunch of greens as a salad base, added alfalfa sprouts, radish, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar and voila!
You can add almost anything you like to avocados, they are very versatile as they do not have a strong taste on their own.
