Oh My! I love avocados. Now I am not 100% sure the benefits on avocados, but I know they are healthy and taste beyond amazing. So one of my most favorite breakfast meals is having avo on toast, which tomato on top. I love this meal because not only does it taste good, but having the fruit and veg in the morning is great. Also, by having some carbs in the morning makes me alot more fuller during the morning.
On the side, for my drink I am having once agian a cup of tea. I just love having tea so much and by using honey instead of sugar is much healthier, but I think tastes better. I also use low fat milk too, since milk can be known to be fatty and I don`t need any extra fat.
