I love Negi Ramen! Whenever I order this my boyfriend will make joking gagging sounds; he hates green onions, as do most people I know. I think the reason I like green onions is because my mom puts a lot of green onion in a lot of different dishes I ate growing up. I believe nobody really hates certain foods, they just never had enough exposure to it.

Green onions can make the soup taste a lot more fragrant. This is a shoyu base, but tastes like pork to me. Probably some kind of broth from when they marinated the pork slices that go on top. It also tastes like they cracked an egg into this. I like cracking a raw egg into my noodle soup. If you`ve never tried it before, you can try this at home when you make spicy cup of noodles; the Korean kind.

This was so delicious I ate the entire bowl, soup at all!
