Want to try Asian Style Mussels?
My parents went grocery shopping and were craving for some mussels so they bought a couple of pounds for dinner. My dad said, mussels are very effortless to make and takes less than 15 minutes. Great to eat by themselves or with rice on the side.
Based on my dad (who doesn`t calculate ingredients and ball points everything) said you`ll gloves of garlic, little bit of ginger and shallots, fish sauce, oil & lime.
In a large pan, heat the oil on medium heat. Add a little bit of water and your ingredients for 5 minutes then shake the pan and once the mussels are open then they`re ready to serve/eat.
