For tonight`s dinner I decided to do this basa fillet dish. I got this idea from visiting all different kinds of Chinese restaurants. It`s probably not exactly how the restaurants make it but this is my version with a twist! It`s super easy and so flavorful. You can use any type of fish for this dish as I chose to use basa fillets. Place the fillets in a baking dish or a baking pan and layer it with green onions, onions, cilantro and ginger. Mix together sugar and soy sauce and pour on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 and enjoy :)
