A delicious breakfast is the one thing to look forward to when you wake up on a cold morning. I am not a morning person, I wish I was, but I prefer sleeping in...<em>don`t most of us?</em> :)
I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast because it is easy to make, healthy, and keeps me full until lunch time. Today I made a <strong>Maple Sugar Oatmeal</strong>, and topped it off with a few slices of fresh strawberries. They make oatmeal packs that have freeze dried strawberries, so that is another option if you don`t always have fresh strawberries on hand.
I buy the instant oatmeal from Quaker Oats, so it is also quick and easy to prepare. All you need to do is boil some water on a stove, pour about a cup into a bowl with the oatmeal flakes, and stir until it reaches a thick consistency. You can add other toppings or sprinkle on some cinnamon if you would like.

It`s not the best tasting food in the world, but it`s healthy. You do get used to the taste overtime, but I wouldn`t say I ever crave oatmeal!
