Arielle Sophia`s Maybelline Dream Matte Powder

Hi Everyone!

This is my very first post on Luuux. I hope you enjoy it! Leave suggestions for me below :) I had the help of one of my best friends. She has been on Luuux for about a year now and when she finally got a prize, we got very excited. I was entirely skeptical she would ever get it to be honest, but I am a believer now! She gave me a lot of tips, but I am interested to learn more.

On to the product! Maybelline`s Dream Matte Powderhas been on the market for years, and it is one I have been using and repurchasing for two years now. The shade range suits me well. I use the cream shade normally, but when I have more of a tan in the summer, I use the shade honey. It`s very affordable; only $6-$7!

It is a finely milled powder, and leaves a smooth matte finish on top of your foundation. This can be used all over the face, and the suggested target areas for application are the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. Why is that? It is the areas of the face people normally produce more oil, and the purpose of this powder is mattifying the face.

It comes with a puff pad, but I really don`t like it. It gets really dirty and old after only a few uses because of how thin it is. Instead, I use my ELF Studio Powder brushto apply the powder on my face after I have applied foundation.

Product Grade: A
I have no complaints!
