This is the Foie Gras from Left Bank, a French cuisine restaurant. My boyfriend ordered this and I ordered the Clam Pasta. I wrote a post about it, you can check it out here : /viz/arielle-sophias-delicious-clam-pasta-left-bank Of course, we always share our food. It`s like getting two meals in one, it`s a great way to try different dishes at more expensive places, where you probably wouldn`t ever be able to order everything on the menu. Foie Gras is just duck liver. I think they did a pretty good job with it. They didn`t over cook it. However, the raspberry sauce was so overpoweringly sweet, it was really unnecessary. That sauce even blended into the salad, so the entire dish just became sickening sweet at the end. The tangy raspberries managed to salvage our palates. Never again! Foie Gras from Left Bank...never again!
Have you tried Foie Gras? How was your experience?
