So ever since I was little, I have been told repeatedly that consuming an apple at night was bad for my health. Recently, as I have been trying to eat a lot healthier, I began to question whether or not that was true... I mean apples are healthy, how can it in any way be harmful to your body? I need your help... is it really scientifically proven to be harmful to consume at night or is it an age old myth?
