I cooked some arabic rice which is delicious! You only need rice, olive oil, fry the rice in the oil then add some hot water (double the ammount of rice you used) and add some salt, also as much saffron as it pleases you. Stir and then add some raisins and sliced almonds. Wait until all the water is gone and it`s good to be eaten! I also loved the samon I cooked with this.
