I am a huge fan of bruschetta with Tomato and Basil but I have never tried <em>Apricot Chicken Prosciutto & Gruyere Bruschetta</em> before.
What`s on the bread to make this bruschetta?
Olive oil and bake the bread
A layer of apricoat preserve on the bread
This tastes real good and the combination is very different. I would have never thought about eating apricot with chicken, cheese and prosciutto. Turned out really good, props to the Giada De Laurentiis for the recipe and my sister for recreating this recipe. According to the website (recipe linked below) it takes approximately 20 minutes including prep/cook, great for finger foods!
