Im sure Im not the only runner out there. In the luuux world, I wonder how many runners are here, either for enjoyment purposes or to be in shape. You may not be a runner but possibly have some kind of appreciation for runners?
If you are a runnerPLEASE discuss on how you continue your routine everyday! Jogging is very chill, but when it comes to running competitively, how do you guys manage it? There are days when the workouts are really hard and every parts of the leg muscle are paralyze when you are only half way in to the workout. Do you guys follow a certain diet? Are there any tricks or tips? Please do share; I would love to hear your discussions! :)
Let me not neglect the others that are not runners, you guys can sure express your thoughts about running or runners! Do you guys do other sports or have other hobbies?
