Eat apples for breakfast! A while ago, I read an artcile where it said that apples are supposedly better than coffee. It said that because coffee has cafeine, it only keeps you awake for a couple of hours, and than makes you even more tired once it pases out of your sistem. But apples on the other hand.. they have a lot of vitamins, and there`s something with schewing them that makes your brain know you`re awake or something..
Anyway, they are a LOT healthier than coffe, and maybe they don`t give you as much energy, but they are a lot better for your body. I have a pretty crazy and dinamic schedule with school this year, and usually I don`t even have time for breakfast, but I can always find time to eat an apple..
And considering the facts that breakfast is the moast important meal of the day, your body will be grateful if you at least eat an apple..
Anyway.. eat apples! The first step in my diet.
