Sometimes we buy so much fruit, that we don`t have time to eat them all! So than spoils :S
So i`m leave here a type, for situation when you have to many apple at home, its a apple pie!
I`m going to leave here the recipe for you:
For the dough:
1 tablespoon baking powder (optional)
125 g plain flour
75 grams of margarine
50 grams of sugar
To the cream:
75 grams of sugar
2.5 dl milk
30 grams of flour
1 lemon peel
For the topping:
1 or 2 apples
apple jelly q.b.
Start by preparing the pie dough. Pour the flour into a bowl and make a hole in the middle, where lies the margarine and sugar, and knead well. Add the egg and lemon zest, kneading well until the end. Form a ball and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Boil the milk with lemon peel. Mix flour with sugar and add eggs, stir well and add slowly the boiled milk. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly until boiling.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, flour sprinkled on a smooth surface, which is also sprinkled. Line the container with the dough and then pour in the cream.
To cover, to leave the apple strips and cover with her all the cream in regular layers. Bake in moderate oven (about 30 to 40 minutes).
Once cooked, remove the pie from the oven and brush lightly with apple jelly. Let cool before serving
