Apple Cinnamon Water

I saw this on pinterest last night & i cant wait to taste it!
all it is, is water, cinnamon, and apple!! if you dont know cinnamon helps you get full...there are even cinnamon pills! Because when cinnamon gets wet, it EXPANDS!! So when you take a cinnamon pill it expands in your stomach so you feel as if you are full! As soon as i get home from the grocery store today im making this! I hardly ever dink water, i know, i know! i need to drink lots of water....ill only drink water when i am dying of thirst and it has to be ice ice cold! so im hoping this will help me drink more water! so here is the recipe enjoy (:

*Makes 1 pitcher, refill water 3-4 times before replacing apples & cinnamon.

~1 apple thinly sliced
~1 cinnamon stick

*Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher(save a few to drop in your glass later) & then the cinnamon stick. Cover with ice about 1/2 way through then with water. place in the fridge for 10 mins before serving.
