Hey guys, so the other day, I had one of the most yummiest things ever. Apple and Rhubarb Crumble. OMFG NOM NOM NOM!
So I`ve never eaten rhubarb before and when I went out for tea the other week, I thought I might try some. I was pleasantly surprised. This crumble tasted sooo amazing, it had so much apple and the custard was all mixed in. I got it from a cafe at Harbour Town on the Gold Coast.
I really wanna find a great recipe and recreate this at home. Do you guys have any tips?
