This is a nutritious snack you can munch on anywhere (eg. at work, from school, after a workout etc)
It`s very simple to make, you only need apples and peanutbutter -feel free to add shredded toasted coconut if you have some at home.
*-Halve 1 apple (slice the halves into desired sections).
*-Remove the apple seeds in the middle.
*-Top each half with 1/2 peanut butter.
(You can add Shredded toasted coconut to give it a yummy taste)
