Need an energy booster? Or just feeling a little thirsty? Here`s a great recipe that will satisfy your palate and and give you some energy. It`s also very delicious and can easily be modified!
1 Small Apple
1 Stalk of Celery
A Handful of Grapes
1/2 Cup of Guava Juice
1) De-core your apple and slice them into pieces. If you have a less powerful blender then dice them into smaller pieces.
2) Take a handful of grapes and if they have seeds, remove them and slice in half.
3) Chop a stalk of celery into small pieces
4) Combine all the ingredients in your blender and add a splash of guava juice. Blend until it has a smooth texture.
*Notes: You can add more or less of the ingredients to your liking or use whatever juice you like :) This is enough for 1 serving of juice. I personally used a bullet-blender and it did the job fine.
