I made this for lunch today. Here is my recipe:

(serving for 2)
3 pieces of chicken breast
-batter in corn starch, egg, and flour
(for the flour, i added black pepper, msg, and salt to make it taste better.)

1tblspoon oyster sauce
1/2 tblspoon sriracha
1/2 tblspoon chicken stock powder
1/2 tblspoon soysauce

bell pepper
garlic (5 mince clove)
shitake mushroom (5-6)

What i did first was i started broiling the chicken to get it nice and crispy. the next step i did was start up my pot for my sauce.

2teaspoon of sesame oil
2teaspoon of vegetable oil
shitake mushroom

let it satee for a 5 minutes and then add in the bell pepper
after that pour in your chicken and stir for 1min. next pour in your sauce. add 1/2 cup of water and stir for 1 minute. then add in corn starch with water to make it thick.

serve it with rice.
