I know that losing weight super fast is not the healthiest, but what if a girl needs to fit into her dress by the weekend? Haha, anyway, I am open to anybody`s suggestions to healthy losing some fat in the back and tummy!
I am definitely looking for a daily routine also that I can continue working even after fitting into my dress! :)
I plan to continue on with a strict healthy diet and work out so follow me to stay tuned and suggest anything!! :D Thanks everybody!
