I made another clutch today! This time I made it a two toned one with one side a light brown/ beige color and then the other side is a turquoise color. The material is vinyl and I bought it at Joann Fabrics like 2 weeks ago when all their fabrics were 50% off but I just got around to making it today. I got a third of a yard for both fabrics and they ended up coming to about $2.30 each then I also bought a zipper there too and paid abut $2 for it since I had a 40% off coupon for it. Joann always has coupons available just check their website or the Sunday circular. Both pieces of the fabric (beige & turquoise) were 13 inches by 15 inches. I made this one a bit longer since Im intentionally going to be folding it over. The instructions on how to make this are pretty much the same as the video provided except that I used two different colored fabrics and that I also didnt glue down the zipper because I sewed it. I just love the color combination of this one and its perfect for spring and summer! The size of this is also great to put my ipad in! I love the way this one turned out and it for sure beats spending $50 on the American Apparel one! /viz/diy-american-apparel-clutch is the link to the last clutch I made if you want to check it out!
