Hello Food llovers, Wanna try something new. This is another conch dish from my island. Conch Fritters is best made by using a blender to chop the conch meat, and then mixed into a batter with, all-purpose flour, onion, bell pepper cayenne pepper, salt/seasoned salt, milk, and egg, then deep fried in oil.
The dipping sauce can be made with mayonnaise and ketchup or just use thousand island dressing.
Believe me it tastes so great!!!
