Here I bring another year to slaughter our bellies if applicable:) My boyfriend told me to do the exercise called "rotation of the hips."
What we have to be lying on his back, lift your legs and stretching them completely keeping 90 degrees to the trunk.
And quickly without lifting the shoulder blades and the soil, we have to drive your legs to one side until the next lowest is along the ground and do the same but now taking the legs to the other side:)
Very difficult, but gives plenty of results my boyfriend and advised to do 4 sets of 20 repetitions.
Very good, one week after beginning to feel the difference: D
