Annabelle Smudge Paint
I am a big fan of trying out new make-up products, and one of the things I was looking to try recently was the new Smudge Paint from Annabelle. The product is like a cream/gel liner and eye shadow, and can be used to create some pretty bold looks.
I took a trip to Shoppers and saw that it was list for 11 or 12 dollars. I was going to but it right then and there, but for some reason I decided to wait. Shows like Extreme Couponing have recently had me thinking about how much money I can save if I try to use some coupons and I know that lots of companies like to post coupons on their websites to encourage people to buy the product.
So I went home and went on the Annabelle website and indeed found a printable coupon for the Smudge paint which would give me a dollar off. So I printed it out and saved it in my wallet until I could go back to Shoppers to try it out.
Lucky for me, when I went the next weekend, it was on sale for $6.99! With my coupon, I only paid $5.99 which was a great bargain.
They have a few different colours but I really like the purple shade called Plummed. It`s a nice dark grape shade.
I think my favorite part of this product is the packaging. It has a convenient brush hidden right inside the cap, which is pretty unique and very useful.
As you can see from the swatch, the colour is really nice. Like most of the colours for this product, its quite dark but features a nice bright purple shimmer. Im really excited to see what kind of bold looks I can create with this :)
Have you guys tried this product? What`s your favorite cream or gel liner or eye shadow?
