i recently read this article online about anna watson, a cheerleader at the university of georgia, also known as "football`s strongest cheerleader." she`s pretty built, as you can see in the photo above. she put on muscle really quickly and rapidly gained 50 pounds. she can benchpress 155 pounds! that`s insane!
what`s even more remarkable about watson is that she was offered a heap of money to begin her fitness-modeling career and she turned it down because she didn`t want to model for anavar, a company that sells legal anabolic steroids. raised a christian and very firm in her beliefs, watson tried to gain the weight naturally yet was told that she had to take the steroids in order to become a good fitness-model. watson cites one of her reasons for refusing to take the steroid as her future intent on having children and the potential problems taking steroids may cause.
while i`m not a big fan of super built women and female bodybuilders, i have to say i could never work as hard as watson does at the gym! i think it`s unfair how she met all the weight gain benchmarks set for her yet was still told she wasn`t good enough despite all of her hard work. it`s totally understandable that she wants to have kids one day, and steroids could really mess with that ultimate goal! i`m really glad she stuck with her principles instead of giving in, and i really hope one day she`ll still be able to get into the world of fitness-modeling the way that she wants to - the ethical way.
