Sometimes I cringe at the thought of ordering beauty products online cause I`ve had some bad experiences in the past like broken eye shadow palettes but luckily I was able to exchange it with no problems.
This time I decided to order these products online because they are hard to find in stores with the exception of one item.
I ordered rosehip oil by Majestic Pure Cosmeceuticals and the VDL Lumilayer primer.
The rose hip oil you can find in your local health stores n maybe even your Whole food stores. But since I`m new to this kind of oil I wanted to read some reviews before buying. The one that had the most positive n highly rated reviews was from this brand. I`m currently using the Josie Argan oil which I find is good but I don`t see a major difference in my skin after using this and it`s pricey. $48 for a 1.7 oz bottle. Since the rosehip oil claims to heal and lighten minor stretch marks and scars, toning the skin, minimize the appearance of wrinkles, rejuvenating the skin and moisturizing for conditions such as dermatitis, acne, eczema, sun burnt skin, mature skin and brittle nails, I thought I`d give it a try. The price was great too. It was a 4 oz bottle for around $13.87 with no tax.
I wanted to try the VDL Lumilayer primer because of April and Bubz. Also because I have dull dry skin , I wanted a primer that would give me a luminous and dewy finish. I`m currently using the Tarte 12hr Brightening primer. It does brighten but doesn`t give me a dewy finish. The VDL claims to give you a naturally radiant complexion and brightens up the skin. So I`m hoping this primer gives my face a luminous complexion. This product is hard to find in stores and I don`t think it`s sold in stores unless you have a Korean beauty store. This product is from Korea. The price I paid for it is $15.79 with no tax. On Amazon they have a couple sellers that sell it but some are shipped from Korea and I don`t know if they charge customs fee. So I ordered one that ships from the state. Prices vary on Amazon. There`s one that sells for over $24. But one thing is I hope the one I ordered is legit. Reason why is cause the letter M on the bottle is kinda smudged, print is not clear on that letter. As shown on the last picture. I`ve learned from people receiving fake naked palettes. Otherwise everything else on the packaging seems legit. It might just be a simple smudge from the factory when the words were imprinted. I dunno. Just worried cause I don`t want a fake from China with God knows what chemicals in there. But any whoos, I`ll give this a try and do a review on this soon.
Even though I ordered through Amazon, the supplier was http://blinq.com
