Back in June I bought an Amazon Kindle and unfortunately last week it just stopped working. I did a bit of research and found out that if Amazon can`t help you resolve your issue with your Kindle they will replace it at no cost. I called them up right away and after some trouble shooting they realized it needed to be returned. In two days I had my new kindle and a pre-paid postage stamp to return my old damaged one. Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!
