I whipped this up for lunch for my boyfriend and I this afternoon. I am not sure what you would call this but for now, this is my altered version of chicken salad on a pretzel bun. Normally chicken salad is in chunks, but I just grilled organic chicken breasts on the George Foreman Grill and served like a chicken patty. I marinated the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt & pepper and rosemary. I diced red bell peppers and celery then incorporated mayo with olive oil and a little bit of yellow mustard plus added sharp cheddar cheese. I purchased the pretzel bun from Vons - it`s only $0.59 cents each! The pretzel buns are one of my favorite breads right now!
